Atomos Sumo SE - 19-inch monitor/recorder
The excellent 19-inch Atomos Sumo SE monitor/recorder/switcher has just arrived at our rental. This is the new, improved version of the popular Atomos Sumo. The monitor features a new, better 19-inch panel with a brightness of 2000 cd/m².
Monitor features:
- Four 12G-SDI inputs and one HDMI 2.0 input can receive video signals up to 4K60 and support four-channel live switching
- New, improved panel — excellent colour accuracy, high brightness, touchscreen, QLED with 1920 x 1080 resolution
- XLR audio inputs
- Ability to record footage to SSD drives (including ProRes, ProRes RAW)
- Four-channel switching and recording of up to 4 streams in Full HD quality
- HDMI 2.0 and quad-SDI connectors also support Genlock and LTC timecode.
The Sumo 19" SE can record in ProRes RAW and 10-bit 422 ProRes/DNxHR formats. RAW, Log, PQ, and HLG outputs from various cameras or games consoles can be processed by the device and mapped for real-time display of 10+ stops of HDR dynamic range. This makes the Sumo 19" SE ideal for on-location monitoring by a director or client. Two XLR inputs with +48V phantom power allow balanced audio to be recorded from external devices. The included desktop feet, mounting materials, and various power options allow easy integration.
