Questions we get asked
Do I need to register?
No. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code. Your name is the only thing we ask for.
I rented before the app existed – do I get stamps?
Stamps count from the moment you sign in. Ask at the desk – we can add a stamp for a current rental on the spot.
How do I use a reward?
Open the Rewards tab and show the code at pickup. Staff scan it and apply the discount to your rental.
Is the app free?
Yes, on iPhone and Android. There are no in-app purchases.
