Sony A7III - our test

We put our Sony A7III through its paces in a simple black-and-white music video. A few technical notes about this production:

the intro was shot as a series of RAW stills — burst mode is very fast, allowing RAW at 10 frames per second
the rest of the video was recorded in Full HD slow motion at 60 fps
to maintain sync with the music, we sped up the soundtrack by 2x and the singer lip-synced to the accelerated track
our wind machine was used to simulate wind
the video was shot on the 60 cm Rhino slider
we used two lenses: the 50mm f/1.4 Leica Summilux and the 85mm f/1.8 Zeiss Batis
the actress was lit by 2 lights: Jinbei 150D with a 60x60 softbox (front left) and Came-TV 55w Boltzen (rear right)
