We introduce a new addition to our offer — the Zoom H1n recorder. This is a truly small and lightweight device that is ideal for recording podcasts or interviews. Surprisingly easy to use, yet offering very good sound quality.
Key features:
Light and portable. The compact audio recorder measures 50 x 137.5 x 32 mm, so you can take it anywhere and still record high-quality audio. The device supports 24-bit audio sampling at 44.1, 48, or 96 kHz in WAV as well as various MP3 format variants.
New controls. This recorder is the successor to the Zoom H1 — in the version marked with the "n" symbol you will find a redesigned user interface. The one-touch button allows simple start of recording for lectures, podcasts, songs, film soundtracks, etc. The current version also features a new 1.25" monochrome LCD screen that remains readable even in bright surroundings.
Overdub function. The device includes an Overdub function, which allows audio layers to be added to create a recording full of detail.
Good, clean recording quality. The built-in limiter allows recording of high-quality audio up to 120 dB — sounds louder than this are not recorded, preserving the cleanliness of audio recordings. Additionally, a high-pass filter allows unwanted low-frequency sounds to be eliminated.
Simplified transcription. The recorder allows playback speed to be controlled without changing pitch. This function significantly eases the transcription of recordings.
Efficiency and long battery life. The Zoom H1n can record for up to 10 hours, although the maximum file length depends on the recording format and memory card capacity.
The device also features all the most popular connectors: a jack input for connecting a microphone, and a headphone output with volume control. It is also equipped with a USB port for transferring data between the H1n and a computer, and for using the recorder as a USB microphone or microSD card reader.
